Neeraj Kaushik Founder & Director
The foundation of Urmila Mines is built on the entrepreneurial vision of Shri Neeraj Kaushik. A first-generation entrepreneur, he took the bold step of leaving behind a high-paying corporate career to pursue his vision of building a business rooted in integrity and long-term value.
With prior experience in the competitive sectors of banking and real estate, he brings strong business acumen and strategic insight to the mining industry. Today, he is a well-respected mining entrepreneur based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
His deep understanding of the mineral landscape of Rajasthan, combined with unwavering ethical standards, has helped build strong credibility and goodwill for Urmila Mines. His belief in human values, transparency, and relationships continues to guide the company’s growth and culture.
Angad Kaushik – Director
Carrying forward the legacy, Angad Kaushik plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and expansion. He oversees business development, marketing, and operations, ensuring alignment between market demand and supply capabilities.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Trade, Strategy, and Operations from University of Warwick, with a strong foundation in business, management, and marketing. His approach focuses on strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and building efficient operational systems.
Uday Kaushik – Director
Carrying forward the legacy, Uday Kaushik oversees the financial and accounting functions of the organization. He brings a structured and analytical approach to financial management, ensuring stability and long-term sustainability of the business.
He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath. His expertise supports strategic decision-making, financial planning, and maintaining robust financial processes within the organization.
